Dolores "Dee" Lewis, 91, of Willoughby, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025, at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.
Born Nov. 28, 1933, in Cleveland, Dee lived in Eastlake before moving to Willoughby 12 years ago.
Dee enjoyed and embraced life and people, always seeking to bring joy and a smile with her infectious laugh. She spent many years working as a barmaid for Yankovic Steak House, The Charterhouse, The Charlite and Mihelich's Hometown Restaurant. Dee enjoyed visits to the casinos and was an avid sports fan who loved the Cleveland Indians/Guardians, Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
She was the cherished step-mother of Jeffrey (Trish) Lewis, Deborah (Karen) Lewis and Brian (Sherri) Lewis; sister-in-law of Dolores Mihelich; most beloved and special aunt to Denise (Stephen) DiMare, David (Andrea) Mihelich, Anthony (Christy) Mihelich, Renee (Len) Phillips and Christine (Dan) Hibbs; great-aunt of 13; and great-great aunt of 8.
